Core

This program is geared towards new and very small businesses. Pricing starts at $299 per month. It includes:

Monthly Bookkeeping
Bank Reconciliation - Up to 3 bank/credit card accounts
Monthly Financial Statements
Monthly Financial Review of statements
One hour per month of support from your dedicated accountant.

Growth

This is where most businesses will fit. This is for companies that have the basics down, and are looking to grow their company. Pricing starts at $799 per month. It includes everything in the Core package, plus:

Payroll processing for up to 5 employees
All payroll filings
Monthly reconciliations for up to 5 bank/credit card accounts
Accounts Payable and Bill pay (up to 100 bills per month)
Customer billing and follow-up (up to 100 invoices per month)
Basic budgeting
Customer Financial Reporting
Two hours per month of support with your dedicated accountant.

Profit

This is for our businesses that are really looking to accelerate the profitability of their business. Pricing starts at $1399 per month. It includes everything in Growth, plus advanced features:

Strategic Financial Advice and Consulting
Customer Billing and Follow-up - up to 200 invoices per month
Accounts Payable and Bill pay - up to 200 bills per month
Monthly reconciliations for up to 10 bank/credit card accounts
Payroll services, including payroll tax filings, for up to 20 employees
Employee onboarding and People Advisory services
Detailed analysis of your cash flow and profit margins
benchmarking for your industry (how you are doing as compared to your competitors)
detailed budgeting in specific areas to find trouble spots and increase profits.

A La Carte Services

If a service you are looking for is not included in your chosen package, you can add them a la carte style! Here are some of our more popular options:

Account cleanup - starting at $75 per month (if your books are not up-to-date)
Payroll - starting at $50 per month
Customer billing and follow-up - $100 per month for up to 100 invoices
Bill entry and Bill pay - $100 per month for up to 100 bills
